  • experience and training at Chapel Integrative Health Center in integrated mind-body practices with a variety of chronic and harder to treat health concerns,

  • trauma focused therapy training, specializing in recovery from ptsd, application of polyvagal theory, mindfulness meditation, EFT, craniosacral nervous system attunement, IFS for trauma, EMDR for telehealth

  • teaching BSW and MSW students in clinical social work at Appalachian State University, additional training in Motivational Interviewing and Cultural Competency,
